Full-time Villa Host/Butler is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, ensuring smooth villa operations, and maintaining high standards of service throughout the stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a personalized, warm experience
- Assist guests with requests, reservations, and villa services
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor villa readiness and ensure all facilities are operational
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Provide information about local attractions, experiences, and services
- Prepare simple meals or assist with basic cooking requests when required by guests
- Maintain records of guest requests and feedback
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or as a Villa Host preferred
- Basic cooking skills and ability to prepare simple meals is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, attentive, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Professional, friendly, and guest-oriented attitude
- Flexible and able to work in Pecatu, Bali
