Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide a personalized, warm experience

Assist guests with requests, reservations, and villa services

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Monitor villa readiness and ensure all facilities are operational

Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly

Provide information about local attractions, experiences, and services

Maintain records of guest requests and feedback
Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or as a Villa Host preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, attentive, and detail-oriented

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Professional, friendly, and guest-oriented attitude

Flexible and able to work in Ubud, Bali
